Paper Submission

Please note that the deadline for paper submission is now over.

Prospective participants of SMC 2010 are invited to upload a pdf copy of their paper proposals on line by March 15, 2010  March 28, 2010. The web submission site is now open. Please visit

The initial versions of the paper can be prepared using the templates provided below :

Please note that page limit for the final versions of the papers is 8 pages. A maximum of 2 extra pages can be allowed if the extra page charge of USD 75/page is remitted.

Since the papers presented during SMC 2010 will be included in IEEE Xplore, the final versions of the accepted papers will have to strictly adhere to IEEE paper formats and Xplore standards.
