SMC 2010 offers the following opportunities to students:

Student Volunteer: A number of students will be selected to volunteer at the SMC conference. Students who are selected will receive a refund for their reduced rate registration fees afterwards. Students are required to work for one full day of the SMC conference.

Travel Grants: The IEEE SMC 2010 Conference awards a number of “student grants” who are in most need and lack financial resources to attend.  Successful student grant recipients would receive a USD $500 upon registering and presenting the paper at the conference.
