Since the papers presented during SMC 2010 will appear on IEEE Xplore, the final papers will have to be in double column IEEE format and comply with the pdf standards of IEEE Xplore. Below are the step by step instructions to upload the final version of the paper.

1. Please modify your paper as per the comments received from the reviewers. Please make sure that the format of the paper complies with the requirements of IEEE. To see the paper styles please click SMC2010_Paper_Format.zip

Please note that your paper should be maximum 8 pages. However, a maximum of 2 extra pages can be allowed if the extra page charge of USD75/page is remitted.

2. SMC2010 has registered the use of an IEEE tool: IEEE PDF eXpress. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to all IEEE conferences that allows their authors to generate IEEE Xplore-compliant PDFs or to check PDFs that authors have created themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility. Prior to submitting your final paper, please check acceptability of your paper at IEEE PDF eXpress. Instruction on how to use this service is given here

3. Please make sure that your ducument passes the test. You are required to e-mail the report generated to smc2010@boun.edu.tr . Please put the following in the subject line: PDF Conversion Report of Paper ID: .......

4. Please submit your IEEE Online Copyright Form. You can do this on line by clicking here.

5. Please log into your account at https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?iid=22989 . You will see your paper with it's ID on the top menu. Please click this link, then click the "Submit a new version" which is the right side of the page.  

6. The next step is to register for the conference. Please note that each accepted paper must be accompanied by a registration fee.
